Doug was a great man. He was always one of the dearest people in my life and I spent some of the happiest times of my life with him. My wife and I found our love for each other in his presence and he was always supportive of us. I can not believe I won't get to talk to my friend again. Many of his classmates from McMurry feel the same about him and all of us wish his family our deepest simpathies. We love you Doug and will always remember you and the light you brought into our lives, as I know your family will continue to do the same for others.

I have always been so proud of Doug and his accomplishments he made in his life. Doug selflessly served his church and his country in the most commendable ways. He will always be in my memory and my heart. I'll never forget the hours of laughter we had throughout the years while playing our crazy games together. I always have and always will have the highest respect for Doug. The Alldredge family lost a jewel member, but heaven received another diamond. I love every one of you guys and my heart is with you. Looking forward to seeing you in the spring.
